Orders can be placed
via Internet, telephone, or fax. We will email an order confirmation to
verify the price and your preferred shipping address. All prints are subject
to prior sale. All prices and payments arein U.S. dollars. We are frequently
out of the office traveling and exhibiting art, and therefore apologize
in advance for any delays in returning your calls. If you have an urgent
question, please email us and we will get back to you.
Payment:
Payment may be made through PayPal, by money order, wire transfer, or
check (U.S. banks only). If paying by check, we reserve the right to defer
shipment until the funds have cleared. California state residents, please
add 9.00%.
Shipping:
A $35 per package shipping charge will be added to each Domestic order.
Items shipped internationally will be quoted based upon size and weight
(the base rate is $65 per package). International recipients will be responsible
for paying duties and taxes associated with their packages,including reimbursement
for subsequently assessed charges. Items are shipped via UPS Ground shipping.
We do not insure our shipments unless specifically requested and paid
for by the client. Items will be shipped within one week of receipt of
payment.
Returns:
Item must be returned within seven days of receipt, at Buyer's cost, in
the same condition. At Scriptum, we do our best to give full and accurate
descriptions of the art and are happy to answer any questions before shipping.
Our return policy applies only if we have erred in our description and
if an item is received in an unexpected condition.

SCRIPTUM is committed to maintaining your privacy. Contact information
that you submit is used only to send orders and supply information about
our business to customers. This site has security measures to protect
against the loss, misuse or alteration of any information under our control.
Under no circumstance will we release or redistribute userinformation
to third parties. If you choose not to receive communications from us,
simply notify us by email at info@japanprintart.com
and all contact and/or financial information will be removed from our
database.
